"We" / "Us" / "Our" refer to Swargiya Shravan Memorial Educational Trust. These Terms govern your use of the website https://ssrmemorial.org and the donation services through it.

1. Use of Content

All logos, brands and material appearing on this site are properties owned, or used under licence, by the trust. Use without prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Donation Services

1. SSRMET will use your donation at its discretion within its stated charitable objectives.
2. All payments are routed through our payment-services provider, Razorpay.
3. By confirming your donation, you authorise the payment provider to request funds from your card / UPI / net-banking provider.

3. Information from You

Before processing a donation, you must provide your name, address, email, payment details, and PAN where 80G is desired. You are responsible for accuracy.

4. Acknowledgement

You will receive a payment receipt by email immediately. A formal donation acknowledgement and 80G certificate will be emailed within 7 working days.

5. Liability

SSRMET takes reasonable precautions but accepts no liability for inaccuracies, malware/viruses, or loss arising from use of this Website.

6. Modification

SSRMET may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
